Dushan Koroskoski is an accomplished business professional with a diverse background spanning retail management, sales leadership, operations, and entrepreneurship. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Davenport University and brings nearly 15 years of experience in business development, team leadership, human resources, and operational management.

Dushan began his management career with Speedway LLC, where he oversaw operations for 12 retail locations generating millions of dollars in annual merchandise sales. He later joined Bridgestone Retail Operations as an Area Manager, managing automotive service centers and leading initiatives focused on operational performance, employee development, inventory control, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. His leadership and achievements were recognized with the President’s Club Award and Division Safety Award.

Since 2015, Dushan has served as a Sales Account Manager with Pilot Travel Centers, where he manages key customer accounts, drives sales growth, strengthens client relationships, and mentors new sales representatives. His performance has earned him the Founder’s Club Award and two Sales Champion Awards.

In 2016, Dushan expanded his entrepreneurial pursuits by becoming the owner of Warped Sportz, a specialty retail store offering skateboard and paintball equipment, as well as apparel and footwear. He also founded S&D Group, a residential real estate investment company focused on property acquisition and development.

Through his leadership, business expertise, and entrepreneurial vision, Dushan continues to build successful ventures while contributing his experience in sales, operations, and strategic growth across multiple industries.
